Is there any Act which provides for maintenance for husband ?
Yes, under Hindu Marriage Act 1955 even a husband can claim maintenance if the marriage is legally valid,the person who supported the household has stopped providing for the spouse,the spouse claiming maintenance is not capable or is unable to maintain themselves.
